Temporary Absence
This option issues Temporary Absence report in origin user order, lists substitute users, pendings, start and end date of absence.
Procedures
To issue temporary absence report:
| 1. | On window to issue report Temporary Absence, click Parameters. |
System displays window containing parameters referring to report.
| 2. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check configuration and confirm report printing. |
