To Activate by Document
It enables addressees to documents so they receive reading pendings in next review, configure users or folders and distribution and receipt form.
Procedures
To enable documents:
| 1. | Select this option and system displays window Select Documents. |
| 2. | Place cursor on document and confirm it. |
| 3. | Double-click register and select addressee. |
To select all users, use Select/Clear All.
You can use To Edit User to check users details.
