To Disable by Document
It disables documents addressees so they do not receive reading pendings in next review.
Procedures
To disable by documents:
| 1. | In this option, System displays window Select Documents. |
| 2. | Place cursor on register and confirm it. |
| 3. | Double-click register or click Select/Clear All to select users. |
You can use Edit User to check its details.
| 4. | Confirm operation. |
