Step by step:

If you are experiencing occasional problems with only a certain user, it may be some "dirt" on the user profile. You can try to perform a profile maintenance, recreating only the profile of this specific user, according to the steps below:


- Back up the Profile folder, which is in the Protheus_Data folder (back up with Protheus services stopped).

- Access the Configurator (SIGACFG).

- Menu Environment / Register / Maintenance Profile (Program - PROFMGR).

- Specifically delete the records of the problematic user (click on the user code, click Delete, and select "All User Records").
