Viewing a Customer
In this option, business agents can view the register of the desired customer.
Procedures
Viewing a customer:
| 1. | In the customer maintenance window, select the customer you want. |
| 2. | Click Details. |
The customer detail window is displayed.
| 3. | After viewing customer data, click Cancel. |
The system returns to the customer maintenance window.
