1. In Acquisition by Transfer, place the mouse cursor on the fixed asset you want to transfer and select the option Transfer.
2. The parameters screen is displayed. Reply as needed and click OK. See the example below:

3. Then, a new window is displayed for defining the assets to be transferred.
4. Select the numeric interval related to the code of assets to be transferred and confirm it:

5. A screen is displayed with all the assets that belong to the codes selected.
6. Select and Confirm them.
7. A screen is displayed for you to configure the data of the new asset. Fill in the fields of the new asset to be generated as needed. See the example below:

     Each row entered is a new final asset. The sum of final asset values must be exactly equal to the sum of the values of the advances selected.

8. If the assets being transferred have a managerial type (10 or 13) in SN3, the Complement Tab is displayed for you to also classify the Managerial Type of the new asset. See below an example of Complement Tab configuration generating a type 10:

9. On the screen's footer, note the fields of folders Apportionment Totals, Tax Details and Extended Description:

10. Check and confirm the data to generate the assets in SN1 and SN3 as classified in ATFA251.

DETAIL

A opção Use the "Detalhar" é utilizada ao efetuar o desmembramento de bens, ou seja, um ativo transferido gerará um ou mais bens, isso conforme a porcentagem escolhida pelo usuário. Esta opção é um facilitador da opção "Transfere", pois traz em tela alguns campos preenchidos automaticamente.

Segue exemplo de utilização:

Detail" option to break down assets, that is, a transferred asset generates one or more goods depending on the percentage selected. This option supports the "Transfer" option by automatically filling in some fields on the screen.

See below an example of use:

1. In Acquisition by Transfer, place the mouse cursor on the fixed asset you want to transfer and select the option Detail.

2. The parameters screen is displayed. Reply as needed and click OK. See the example below:

3. A screen is displayed in which you can select the base code of the new assets to be generated by routine ATFA251. For example:

4. After filling in the desired base code, click Ok. A screen is displayed in which you can set the percentage of each new asset relative to the asset being transferred. Below is an example in which we generate two new assets, one with 75% of the original asset's value and the other with 25%:

5. Click Confirm. Now the question "Do you want to update the Depreciation Rate of the asset selected?" is displayed

6. Em Aquis. por Transfer, posicione sobre o ativo fixo que deseja transferir e selecione a opção Detalhar.
7. É apresentada a tela de parâmetros, responda conforme a necessidade e clique em OK, abaixo temos um exemplo:

8. Será apresentado uma tela, no qual deverá escolher o código base dos novos bens que serão gerados pela rotina ATFA251, por exemplo:

9. Após preencher o código base desejado, clique em Ok. Será apresentado uma tela, no qual deverá definir a porcentagem de cada novo bem em relação ao ativo que está sendo transferido. Segue abaixo, exemplo cujo geraremos dois novos bens, um tendo o valor referente a 75% do bem original e outro com 25%:

10. Clique em Confirmar. Agora será apresentado a pergunta "Deseja Atualizar a Taxa de Depreciação do bem selecionado ?"

      Caso responda igual a Não, o sistema trará os campos de taxa de depreciação do novo bem igual a 0. Mas se responder Sim trará preenchida conforme o bem que originou a aquisição por transferência. Em ambos os casos, a taxa poderá ser preenchida pelo usuário se assim desejar.

11. Após responder a pergunta anterior, será apresentado a tela de Aquisição por Transferência com os campos preenchidos, onde o usuário poderá alterar alguma informação se desejar e confirmar a operação para que seja realizada:

      If you answer NO, the system fetches the depreciation rate fields of the new asset equal to 0. But if you answer Yes it fetches them completed in accordance with the asset that originated the acquisition by transfer. In either case, you may enter the rate yourself if you want.

13. After answering the previous question, the Acquisition by Transfer screen is displayed with the fields completed. You can then edit any information you want and confirm the operation:
