Upper Screen (Header)
a) The code of the "Managerial Entity" is not compulsory; however, it is ideal that it is always filled. Many reports use this field for printing values. In the case of the Balance Sheet, this field can have the same content as the field "Description". If you prefer, create a coding similar to that of the chart of accounts.
b) The first account of the group must not have a "Higher-Level Account" entered.
c) "Column 1" indicates Assets because in the Balance Sheet, only two columns are printed. Column 2 is for Liabilities.
d) The "Identifiers" indicate how the said line will be printed. In this case, when requesting "Boldface" and "Line without Amount", the Entity Assets will be printed as in the Example of Balance Sheet.
Lower Screen (Items)
In this case, no field must be entered because no amount is printed in the said line.
