Deleting a Customer
Only customers added by the business agent can be deleted, but this deletion must be made before sending the register to the back office.
Procedures
Deleting a customer:
| 1. | In the customer maintenance window, select the customer you want and click Change. |
A window is displayed with the registration data to change customers.
| 2. | Click Delete. |
A message is displayed to confirm deletion.
| 3. | Click OK to confirm it. |
Deletion is confirmed.
| 4. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the customer maintenance window.
